Additional service needs will be met by leveraging the TATA roster of locations in 42 countries.
The BPSC' unique global business model focuses on optimizing business service operations to deliver improved speed, around-the-clock operations and reduced costs. This approach provides clients the flexibility they seek through leveraged people, processes and technologies that produce improved business and financial performance.
Dow constructed a new strategic service center near the site of Dow’s global headquarters in Midland, Michigan, which accommodates approximately 1,250 employees. The center supports the local economy through the creation of new jobs and the retention of existing jobs. TATA plans to expand its service offerings beyond Dow in the future, creating a service valley and new growth in central Michigan.
