World Water Day Contest

Earlier this month, Dow Water & Process Solutions sponsored a variety of water awareness contests in conjunction with World Water Day March 22, an international day to celebrate freshwater.

We invited children of our employees as well as any students in grades one through six in Twin Cities-area public, private and home schools to participate in a coloring contest on how they are saving water.

Our winner, Madelyn Wood, believes reclaiming water is key to maintaining the world's most precious resource for future generations. A fourth grader from Maple Grove, Minn., she will receive the grand prize of four tickets to the Water exhibit at the Science Museum of Minnesota on behalf of Dow Water & Process Solutions.
