Warranty and Product Returns

Warranty Evaluation

FILMTEC™ elements will be analyzed to check the validity of a warranty claim. If the return elements are proven defective, replacement or credit will be issued in accordance with the relevant warranty information bulletin (25KB PDF). Elements not found defective will be returned to the buyer freight collect, followed by a written report.

To request a Warranty Evaluation, complete the Warranty Evaluation Form (87KB DOC) and email to FUSRATH@dow.com or fax to 952-838-3936. Shipping instructions and a Return Authorization number will be provided to you from the Membrane Element Analysis Coordinator.
 

Restock Request

FILMTEC™ elements must be new, in intact, original packaging. Acceptance is dependent on age of membrane(s). A fee of 20% is applied (unless FilmTec error). To request a Restock, complete the Restock Request Form (78KB DOC) and email to FUSRATH@dow.com or fax to 952-838-3936. Shipping instructions and a Return Authorization number will be provided to you from the Membrane Element Analysis Coordinator.
