Dow Southern Africa employee Danie Gous has been invited into the Golden Key International Honour Society in recognition of his academic accomplishments. Gous who completed the Master of Science degree (specializing in Project Management) this year finished amongst the top 15% students at the University of Pretoria to receive the invitation into the elite society.
Membership of the Golden Key International Honour Society is by invitation only and academic excellence is the sole criteria for membership. Founded in the United States in 1977, the society’s mission is to help members reach their full potential by connecting individual achievement with service and lifelong opportunity. The organisation has been represented in South Africa since 1999 and has established chapters at the Universities of Cape Town, Stellenbosch, Free State, North West, Kwazulu Natal, Cape Peninsula, Western Cape, Nelson Mandela Metropolitan, Rhodes, Pretoria, Johannesburg and Witwatersrand.
“We congratulate Danie on his academic achievements and wish him all the best,” says Dow Southern Africa MD Sazi Lutseke. Gous currently holds the position of Project Implementation Leader and ES&S Leader for Sub Saharan Africa.
