Ms. Dima Najjar, Sales Professional, Dow Oil & Gas, India, Middle East and Pakistan, and Mr. Musab Tamimi, Technical Sales Representative, Polyurethane (PU) Systems, Gulf, have been named as the 2008 recipients of The Dow Chemical Company’s prestigious Pinnacle Award in recognition of their outstanding achievements in Dow Oil & Gas and Polyurethane System sales respectively. The Middle East-based sales executives received the award at a special ceremony on April 29, 2009 in Zurich, Switzerland.
The Pinnacle Award for Sales Excellence honors Dow sales personnel for meeting individual and business goals, managing customer relations and for overall performance when compared with their peers. Those who received the award represent the top six percent of Dow’s entire global sales organization. The award is the highest sales recognition for Dow sales professionals.

The Dow Pinnacle Award was established in 1995 to recognize exemplary performance in the sales organization. It pays tribute to sales professionals who continually make strategic thinking, creativity, innovative problem-solving and customer satisfaction their inspiration for success. Dima Najjar joined Dow in 2007 and her dedication and hard work led her to winning the prestigious award during the first year of her sales tenure. Musab Tamini has been with Dow for nearly two years and has been instrumental in introducing Dow HYPERLAST* Polyurethane Elastomers technology in the Middle East region.
