Dow Chemical International Pvt. Ltd (Dow India) is introducing a new generation of revolutionary modifier technologies – ENGAGE™ polyolefin elastomers - at Plastomotive 2010, an annual conference aimed at benefitting and enhancing the elastomer industry, in Chennai on August 25-26. ENGAGE enabled products are tougher and more resilient while retaining their flexibility, making it suitable for applications in the auto industry for interiors.
Launched recently in the US, the new generation of this technology is aimed at improving product attributes and dimensions and is now available for sampling to customers in India. Jaydeep Patel, development specialist, Dow India, will introduce the new product through a technical paper entitled. ‘ENGAGE™ Polyolefin Elastomers: Improving the Future of Thermo Plastic Olefins (TPO).’ In addition to the new product introduction, Dow India, will showcase a variety of other market-focused solutions from its thermoplastic polyolefin portfolio to illustrate applications specific to the automotive industry.
