Responsible Care

Responsible Care^® is a voluntary initiative within the global chemical industry to safely handle our products from inspection in the research laboratory, through manufacture and distribution, to ultimate disposal, and to involve the public in our decision-making processes.

As a producer of specialty hydrocarbons, Haltermann Products is part of the chemical industry and member of the chemical industry association which has Responsible Care Principles going above and beyond what is legally required. Haltermann Products is committed to the even more stringent Responsible Care Principles which Dow signed in January 1999 with other members of the U.S. American Chemistry Council.
