Isoamyl Acetate is an acetic acid ester based on natural Isoamyl Alcohol. It is an isomeric mixture comprised of 3-Methylbutyl Acetate and 2-Methylbutyl Acetate with a characteristic fruity smell and taste. The product purity is >99 %.
