Habitat Affiliate Looking to Request Free Dow Product
Dow Building Solutions donates products such as STYROFOAM™ Brand Insulation and WEATHERMATE™ housewraps to Habitat Affiliates for their local builds. These products give new homeowners the opportunity to reduce their natural gas consumption for heating by 23 percent or more, and provide up to 30 percent overall reductions in electricity consumption. Homeowners will enjoy a more comfortable living space and enjoy lower utility bills.
To request product donations for Habitat for Humanity from The Dow Chemical Company:
- Click this link to be directed to the Habitat for Humanity web site. If you do not have a My Habitat account or are using My Habitat for the first time, please register.
- Product Donation Order Form must be completed on line at least 90 days prior to build.
- Your Lumber Dealer must be willing to participate in this program and willing to source the Dow products requested.
- Submit your order on the web site to Habitat for Humanity International for approval.
- After the order has been approved by Habitat for Humanity, and then by Dow Chemical, the Dow Product Sourcing Manager will contact you to confirm the details of your Dow product donations via fax or email.
- The Lumber Dealer will receive replacement product on their next order using a CN number supplied direct to the Lumber Dealer.
