Ethylene Oxide and Ethylene Glycols

With more than 70 years of experience, Dow is the world's largest producer of ethylene oxide (EO), ethylene glycol and higher glycols (triethylene glycol and tetraethylene glycol). EO is a versatile intermediate that is used in the production of ethylene glycol, polyether polyols, diethylene and triethylene glycols and ethanolamines. It is also used in the manufacture of flexible and rigid polyurethane foams, brake fluids and water-soluble solvents.
