Work at Dow, for a Green FutureBuilder for a Green Future  Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering, Tsinghua University Masters Degree, Houston University, USA Joined Dow in 1998 Site leader Polyol Plant Production Leader I am a graduate of the Chemical Engineering Program at Tsinghua University, and have been with Dow for a decade. I am the production leader of the Dow Polystyrene Plant in Zhangjiagang. Over the past decade, I have worked in several plants across Asia, North America and Europe. Despite the different locations, they all adhere to the same process and follow Dow's management philosophy. Thanks to these cultural exchanges, I have learned to look at issues from an international perspective with a strategic angle. I have evolved from an engineer to a manager. In Dow plants, safety comes before production. This is the top priority for everyone working at the plant — from the leader to the engineer to the operator. Dow is committed to making sure that all employees and the public are safe and that its production process does not impact the environment. Dow is a company that takes responsibility toward people and the environment seriously. I am happy to see that young people today are highly conscious of the environment.
