Work at Dow, for a Green FutureMarketer for a Green Future  Bachelor of Arts in English, Zhejiang University Joined Dow in 2003 Marketing Development Manager for Specialty Chemicals, Asia Pacific I am currently working as Market Development Manager for Specialty Chemicals business. During my past six years working with Dow, I have undergone four different roles — from assistant to sales and then to marketing. In between I spent two years working in Dow Europe Headquarters in Switzerland. Here at Dow, every employee is required to make his or her own development plan. The company also provides a lot of resources to help us realize our dreams. Take myself as an example, my career path has been accelerated via mentoring and internal Job Announcement System. I believe as long as you work hard and have a clear career development plan, you will have the opportunity to succeed at Dow. At present, my team and I are marketing a surfactant product in Asia Pacific. Our new ECOSURF™ series surfactants are safe, environmental-friendly and degradable products. In addition to its surface active properties, these products can also provide solutions for end user customers to reduce pollution.
