No bypass In many cases, portions of the precoat will fall from the screens if the flow of solvent is not continually passing through the filter

Install bypass or check filter coating periodically after solvent flow has been shut off
Too much precoat Decreases adhesive properties Add precoat to filter as recommended by manufacturer
Vibration Machine may be improperly balanced or overloaded Determine cause and resolve problem accordingly
Worn pump May cause unit to operate too slowly Repair or replace as needed
