Distill affected solvent. Do not exceed steam pressure recommended by the equipment manufacturer. Locate water source and correct. Check still and recovery housing for water leaks in steam and condensing coils. |

Same as above. Also check for malfunctioning moisture control unit and for internal leaks in water-cooled heat exchangers. Once source is corrected, decant off excess water and run several loads of cotton rags through the cleaning cycle. Backwash and apply new precoat. If necessary, distill inventory of affected solvent. |
