This FREE eight-week walking program begins June 9 and runs through August 3. It is open to all Dow, Union Carbide, and Rohm and Haas retirees and their spouses/partners.

Route to Wellness is designed to help you walk the recommended number of steps, minutes, and/or miles per day. Based on your current activity level, you will set a personal goal to reach by the end of the program. Each week you will walk to a different destination across America while gradually increasing your steps, time, or distance until you reach your personal goal.
- A printable tracking form will be available for your use, or you may create your own.
- You will receive weekly e-mails with walking and wellness tips, healthy recipes and good, better, best food suggestions.
- You will be invited to attend a phone-in presentation on ways to make your walking safer and more effective.
You will have the opportunity to report your weekly progress. Each progress report you submit earns you an entry into the GRAND PRIZE DRAWING; however, reporting is not required to participate!
