NOURISH: Fruits & Veggies First

Dow Health Services invites you to participate in NOURISH: Fruits & Veggies First beginning March 2. NOURISH will help participants assess and improve current eating habits by focusing on two key behaviors:

  • Monitoring daily food intake
  • Striving to eat 5-9 fruit and vegetable servings per day

Participants will receive weekly e-mails from Dow Health Services offering information, support and encouragement. Download and print the easy-to-use personal log form for daily monitoring, including fruit/veggie intake, physical activity, and hydration.

Review the 10 healthy eating tips to identify additional behaviors to focus on during the program.

NOURISH will help you learn how to get the most nutrition out of the food choices you make every day!
