Dow Footwear Solutions Launches a 'Clicking' Campaign for Soles4Souls, the Shoe Charity
Dow Contributes to Cultural Exchange Between U.S. and China

Hong Kong SAR, PRC - December 15, 2007

Dow Footwear Solutions is running a clicking campaign during this festival season to support Soles4Souls™ Inc., an international charity that provides free shoes to people affected by natural disasters and others in need. Soles4Souls has supplied more than three million shoes to needy people since being formed after the East Asian tsunami in 2004.

Dow Footwear’s interactive greeting encourages recipients to click on the e-card, and then send the card to friends, family and business associates as part of a viral campaign. Every time 20 clicks are registered, Dow Footwear Solutions will donate a pair of shoes to Soles4Souls.

Tony Frencham, general manager of Dow Footwear Solutions, said: “We chose to support Soles4Souls because we wanted to make a real contribution as a global corporate citizen that is in line with the close relationship and rapport that we have built up with the footwear industry. I would encourage our customers, partners and internal colleagues to be part of this campaign, and make this season’s holiday special.”
