Register for Online Delivery of Proxy Materials
Stockholders of The Dow Chemical Company have the convenience of electronic delivery of proxy materials including the Proxy Statement and Annual Report, as well as online proxy voting. Electronic delivery helps the environment and reduces printing and mailing costs associated with the traditional mail delivery.

You may also call 800-369-5606 (U.S. and Canada) or +1-201-680-6685 with your instructions or visit BNY Mellon Shareowner Services website. To access individual account information, you must first activate your online account by logging into the BNY Mellon Equity Access site, as follows:
- Log in to http://www.bnymellon.com/shareowner/isd
- An Equity Access page will appear. Click on "Continue".
- Click on "I do not have a Personal ID".
- Choose "Investor ID" option. Enter your 12-digit Investor ID number. Click on "Continue".
- Enter your PIN number, if you previously established one. Click on "Continue".
- If you do not have a PIN, you will be required to authenticate your identity by answering some personal questions.
- Follow the screen prompts to continue the authentication process by completing steps 1-3.
- You will be asked to create a Personal ID and Web Password. Record and keep this information for your records.
- Complete the Personal Details section. Click on "Finish".
All trust accounts, foreign stockholders, or stockholders who are unable to correctly answer the personal questions during the authentication process, will be required to complete a multi-step authentication process. The website will automatically generate a secondary authentication number during the activation process which will be mailed to the stockholder. This secondary number is required to complete the activation of the online account.
All registered stockholders may reinvest cash dividends in additional Dow shares. Additional information on the program is available by contacting Dow's transfer agent, BNY Mellon Shareowner Services.
Direct Registration System
The Direct Registration System provides for book entry ownership of securities, registered directly on the books of a transfer agent or issuer. In lieu of physical stock certificates shareholders are provided a statement detailing the number of Direct Registration System shares issued. Through DRS the assets of the registered holder can move electronically to and from the transfer agent and broker dealer. This system prevents the loss of certificates. At any time, a stockholder can request a physical stock certificate to be issued for the DRS shares held on the transfer agent's records at no charge.
