Paul G. Stern, Chairman of Claris Capital, co-founder of Arlington Capital Partners, and co-founder of Thayer Capital Partners, was elected to the Dow Board of Directors in 1992. He served as Presiding Director from 2006-2011. He currently serves as a member of the Audit Committee and the Governance Committee.

Chairman of Claris Capital, 2004 to date. Co-founder and General Partner of Arlington Capital Partners in 1999 and co-founder of Thayer Capital Partners in 1995.
