Greg Grocholski Corporate Auditor

Gregory T. Grocholski is the Corporate Auditor for The Dow Chemical Company, based in Midland, Michigan, at the company's global headquarters.

As the leader of the Corporate Auditing department, Greg is responsible for assessing the adequacy of accounting, financial, and operating controls of Dow's global operations.

Greg has 27 years of experience with Dow serving in various capacities and managerial positions, including accounting, information systems, auditing, controllers and most recently as senior director of the Finance Systems Group in Corporate Controllers.

Greg is a certified auditor and is currently on the board of directors of Information Systems Audit and Control Association and chairs its Knowledge Board, is a member of its Audit Committee, Professional Issues Task Force and Strategic Advisory Council. In addition, Greg serves as a member of the Bay Area Chamber of Commerce's board of directors, is a member of the Dow Chemical Employees Credit Union supervisory committee, a member of Financial Executives International and its Committee on Finance and Information Technology, vice president and treasurer for the Great Lakes Loons, and a member of Northwood University's Accounting Advisory Council.

He graduated from Northwood University with a degree in business administration and a master's degree from Saginaw Valley State University.
