Lactation Support Program

Dow’s Lactation Support Program (LSP) is designed to help women combine working outside the home with motherhood and providing good nutrition for their babies. Research indicates that breastfeeding reduces the likelihood of allergies and incidence of illness while promoting bonding, healthy weight gain and growth.

Breast Pump Benefit - U.S. employees under the MAP Plus benefits plans can submit a claim for purchase or rental of an electric breast pump.
