Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

The Employee Assistance Program at Dow provides professional, confidential counseling for all employees and their family members for a variety of problems including: Stress, depression, relationship issues, workplace issues and substance abuse. Participation in the EAP is voluntary and typically self-referred.

EAP professional counselors are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, at no cost to the employee. All U.S. active Dow employees and their family members are eligible to access these services.
