Aetna Navigator

Dow MAP-Plus (i.e., Aetna) participants can use the Aetna Navigator — an online member self-service web site available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Use it to perform common transactions involving your Dow Aetna medical, dental, prescription drug or flexible spending account (FSA) plans. You can access claims, coverage, order new medical ID cards and obtain general health information as well as access decision-support tools.
