- To ensure that you are being taxed correctly, please address your Federal W-4 form with the current state in which you will work. For example, if you are relocating to Freeport, Texas please use a Texas address even though it may only be a temporary address. If you are supplying a temporary address please remember to update your address as soon as it becomes available.
- Please make sure to sign and date the form with your actual start date.
- It is important to note that if this form is not received you will be defaulted to the highest tax withholding allowable by state and federal law.
