Dow* provides convenient access to fitness centers at some locations for Dow families and retirees.

Midland Fitness Center
Midland, Michigan offers two professionally staffed fitness centers. Each center offers a variety of cardiovascular and resistance equipment, group exercise classes, showers, towels and lockers. In addition, personal training, cycling classes and fitness assessments are offered. There is an indoor track at one center and a free-weight room at the other center.

Indianapolis Fitness Center
The professionally staffed Health & Fitness Center at the Dow AgroSciences (DAS), Indianapolis, Indiana site offers a wide array of cardiovascular and resistance equipment, group exercise classes, showers, towels and lockers. The DAS fitness center also provides the following services: Fitness consultations, equipment orientations, fitness assessments, small group personal training, monthly incentive programs, an outdoor fitness trail, volleyball and basketball courts.
