Dow Sponsors County Fair, Booth

Freeport, TX - October 10, 2008

The Dow Chemical Company will be returning as a sponsor of the 2008 Brazoria County Fair this year for the first time in five years. Beginning on October 10, fairgoers will have the opportunity to see how Dow’s products, combined with the Human Element, positively impact almost every aspect of our everyday lives.

Visitors will have the chance to tour through a specially-built display featuring all of the comforts of home including furniture, electronics, decorations, and appliances. There, visitors can lean about how the products that Dow makes – and the people who make them – play an integral role in making everyone’s lives healthier, safer, more productive, more comfortable and more fun.

Through participation in the Brazoria County Fair, one of the community’s largest traditions, Dow will strengthen its relationship within the community.
