Our communities grant us a license to operate. Long-term relationships with all of our key stakeholders will allow Texas Operations to capitalize on opportunities for growth.

Dow Texas Operations focuses its efforts through donations and volunteerism. Highlights of our ongoing commitment to the communities in which we operate include:

• Gives more than $600,000 to the local community supporting educational, environmental and charitable benefactors
• In 2003, Dow employees contributed more than $875,000 of their own money to the community through the United Way Drive
• Encourage ambassadorship and volunteerism amongst employees
• Focus efforts on educational activities and efforts through donations and volunteerism
• Hosts Community Advisory Panel (CAP) and community focus groups
• Sponsorship and participation in multiple civic organizations
• Brazosport College endowment of $2.5 million for Business and Industry Training facility
