Stacey Chiasson named Dow Louisiana Operations Community Relations and Issues Communications Manager

Stacey Chiasson has been named Community Relations and Issues Communications Manager for Dow’s Louisiana Operations in Plaquemine.  In this capacity, Chiasson will lead the site’s reputation efforts through strategic community outreach activities and stakeholder relationships in the three parishes where Louisiana Operations has assets.  This includes managing Dow's community outreach programs, contributions, employee volunteerism and representing the company in civic or business organizations.

Chiasson comes to Dow from her role as Executive Director of Career Builders, a nonprofit organization she built from the ground up.  Career Builders builds partnerships between the business community, education community, government agencies and other nonprofits with the objective of building a better workforce in Louisiana.  Her organization, for example, designed and implemented a very unique career day called Career Connections that connects high school students with career choices and the workforce needs of businesses.
