Donna Carville Named 2006 Dow Genesis Award Recipient

Dow Louisiana Public Affairs Leader, Donna Carville, was recently named a regional recipient of the 2006 Genesis Award for outstanding leadership and people development.

Recognized as the best of the best people developers within their respective regions, the Genesis regional recipients share a characteristic passion for helping fellow Dow employees grow and develop professionally.

Twenty-one regional recipients of the 2006 Genesis Award for Excellence in People Development were selected from a pool of over 300 Dow employees nominated for the award.

Created in 1994, the Genesis Award recognizes Dow employees who embody leadership traits of energizing and developing people and demonstrate sustained excellence in people development. The program is rooted in the conviction that success begins with people. By encouraging learning and challenging others to reach their highest potential, Genesis recipients have made a significant impact on their teams, and the success of Dow.
