Under one roof, the facility contains a latex manufacturing unit, a bulk storage and terminal distribution center, and a sales office.

Employees are engaged in a wide range of activities for many businesses including, solvents, intermediates, monomers, industrial performance chemicals, specialty chemicals, and UCAR Emulsion Systems International, Inc.

In 1994, the bulk storage and terminal distribution as well as UCAR Emulsion Systems manufacture, supply and distribution of UCAR Latex received ISO-9002 certification.
