In 1985, Dow took over the Upjohn branch that had been opened in 1973. Our site is located on the estuary of the river Eems in the north of the Netherlands. A number of basic products is produced here from MDI, a dark brown oily liquid. These products are mainly processed by producers of polyurethanes. Delfzijl does not manufacture consumer products.
