A novel anti-redeposition polymer for liquid laundry detergents

To overcome non-phosphate formulation challenges across a wide range of surfactant chemistries and concentrations in standard and concentrated liquid detergent, as well as in structured liquids, Dow Fabric & Surface Care developed ACUSOL™ 845 Polymer. ACUSOL™ 845 Polymer is a novel anti-graying polymeric technology which delivers improved secondary cleaning (anti-redeposition) of clay and oily soils versus conventional polyacrylates. ACUSOL™ 845 was designed to work particularly well in systems with rheology modifiers that may otherwise reduce the secondary cleaning performance.
