Sandra Chen is the HR manager for Asia Pacific Marketing and Sales function and her key responsibility is to partner with Asia Pacific Commercial Leadership Team to drive strategically aligned HR solutions and implement talent programs to support aggressive growth in the area. She serves as a trusted partner and consultant to provide advice, counsel and cost-effective solutions for her clients via the collaboration with business HR advisors and HR Center of Expertise on key HR topics such as people strategy, resource planning, workforce trends and talent development.
Sandra joined Dow in 2008 as HRLDP and has taken various assignments and projects in Workforce Planning, Compensation & Benefits, Mobility, Talent Management, and Mergers & Acquisitions. She graduated from the HRLDP program as HR specialist for G.China M&A and Asia Pacific benefit projects in 2012, and assumed additional responsibility as HR site service leader for Huzhou site in 2013. Prior to joining Dow, she has worked for Citigroup as HR specialist for a year and a half.
Sandra is a member of Asia Pacific Commercial Leadership Team.
Sandra earned her Bachelor Degree in Political Science and Public Administration from Fudan University, China.
