Nancy Gutierrez, is the Operations Leader Customer Service for BPSC Terneuzen and is responsible for:

  • Translating and communicating the business strategy and objectives to the BPSC employees.
  • Align BPSC employees to businesses’ priorities
  • Ensure a successful implementation of new transactions transferred to BPSC from Dow businesses.
  • Ensure high level of customer service focus and provide top results on all customer service activities performed in BPSC Tnz.
  • Maintain top customer satisfaction measurement metrics.

Prior to being named Operations ‘Leader Customer Service, she was European ethylene planner for the Hydrocarbons business and has5 years experience in auditing, finance and accounting in a consumer goods company.

Nancy Gutierrez is a member of most employee networks in Dow and Co-chair of WIN Benelux.

Nancy Gutierrez earned his/her bachelor in International economics and management from Bocconi University in Milan, Italy and her MBA from Tias Nimbas Business School in the Netherlands.
