MyAccount@Dow now available in Spanish & Portuguese
MyAccount@Dow provides a more user friendly experience for our Latin American customers.

MyAccount@Dow, Dow's external customer web portal, is a private, on-line service allowing our customers to collaborate and communicate with Dow from anywhere at anytime. We are pleased to announce that in November 2005, MyAccount@Dow will introduce an expanded selection of languages for our customers. Order Entry, Order Status, and Reports will be available in Spanish and Portuguese to allow for a more user friendly and customized experience. This enhancement is being offered globally to our user base. If you are a MyAccount@Dow user, and wish to have your default language changed to either Spanish or Portuguese, please contact your local Customer Service Representative.

MyAccount@Dow provides registered users the timesaving convenience of self-service, on-demand access to transactional opportunities, account information and private one-to-one collaboration with Dow in a secure, web-based environment. Our portal is convenient and user-friendly, and allows our customers to place orders, check on their order's status, and run reports, along with many other offerings.
