ETHOCEL™ ethylcellulose polymers improve tablet integrity and appearance and have excellent taste masking properties for bitter actives. These polymers are tasteless, odorless, noncaloric, physiologically inert, and are able to form strong, tough films at low concentrations.
A wide range of molecular weights ensures ETHOCEL™ delivers formulation flexibility and can be blended for intermediate viscosities. It's optimized for use in hot melt extrusion processes, enabling reduced processing time and cost, better content uniformity and improved bioavailability of poorly soluble drugs.
