In a move aligned with its evolving marketing strategy, Amerchol Corporation (“Amerchol”), a subsidiary of The Dow Chemical Company (“Dow”) announced today that it has authorized Chemroy Canada Inc. (“Chemroy”) to distribute its products throughout Canada. This agreement is effective as of April 1, 2008.
Charles Tennant is also authorized to distribute Amerchol products in Canada, and will continue to do so. In discussing the addition of Chemroy to Amerchol’s group of channel partners, Denise Elias-Costrini, global marketing manager for Amerchol commented, “Charles Tennant has long-standing experience within the Canadian personal care industry, and Chemroy’s alliance with Pachem Distribution for personal care provides additional industry expertise.
