Our services for tenants of manufacturing parks include the following:

• Site Access, Grounds and Common Areas — We provide common site roads, bridges and parking lots and keep them in safe and passable condition for normal industrial traffic. We manage and maintain all common site properties and grounds, including entrances, administration areas, right of ways, and greenbelt properties.
• Pipelines and Pipeline Corridors — We provide right of way within Dow "Outside Block Limit" (OBL) pipe ways and pipeline corridors.
• Site Communication — We provide several alternative services to establish communication within and outside the park. We can provide basic information technology for tenants that do not utilize Corporate Dow Enterprise Resource Planning/Network Services. We also offer process information exchange in support of energy, environmental operations or supply chain services, as well as radio services and a TV digital signage system at some sites.
• Miscellaneous — A few Dow sites offer recreational, picnic or conference facilities. Some can provide project space to accommodate temporary project buildings or equipment laydown.
