Our services for our manufacturing site tenants include the following:

• Direct Laboratory Services — We provide trained laboratory staff, analytical equipment and infrastructure to conduct manufacturing plant Quality Control analysis operations — from preventive maintenance to operating discipline to unplanned quality event reduction.
• Laboratory Technical Services — We offer continuous improvement services (including laboratory crisis support, laboratory improvement, auditing of technical practices and systems, and capital and budget management) to ensure the lab is running at optimum efficiency.
• Laboratory Information Technology — We provide design, installation and support of laboratory data management computers and laboratory data systems. Experts enable efficient, automated data management from sample entry, to analytical sequences, to instrument results and final reviews.
• Process Analytical Services — We provide a complete range of expertise in on-line, in-line or at-line measurement capability. This involves sampling, process analytical, and data communication with plant control systems.
• Fundamental Problem Solving for Plants — We provide expertise in solving manufacturing plant problems — such as a loss of catalyst efficiency, out-of-spec products, poor yields or equipment problems. Support includes data generation, interpretation and improvement recommendations.
• Statistical and Modeling Services — We work to plan and analyze manufacturing plant data using advanced statistical technology. Team members design new statistical models as required for individual client requests — for instance, to understand reasons for variability in plant operation, determine the efficiency of a distillation tower, or assess pump flow speed or other mechanical equipment operation.
• Non-Routine Advanced Analytical Testing — We use advanced analytical techniques (such as mass spectrometry, nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy and electron microscopy) to conduct non-routine analyses. This group can measure impurities in products or in-process streams, identify unknown substances and conduct trace analytical measurements.
