Picking Up Your AnswerAfter submitting a question to "Ask an Expert", a response will be sent to your email address. Your company may have installed email filters to help protect you from the annoyance of unwanted spam. Unfortunately, some of your Dow Answer Center communications might accidentally get blocked as well. The most reliable method of receiving your answer is by logging back into the Dow Answer Center within 48 business hours to check the status of your question. From the Dow Answer Center knowledge base, select the "My Information" tab. Select "My Questions" from the list. A table will appear showing the list of questions you have submitted to Ask an Expert. To review a particular response, click on the question and you will be able to review the complete discussion thread. |
