How to Use the Dow Answer Center

When you select "Answers," a list of the current top twenty topics will appear. You can view the answer to any item in this list by selecting it, or you can generate a list of answers to meet your specific needs by searching with the options shown above the list.

Search by:

• selecting a defined product or country in the "Product" or "Country" box, or
• selecting a defined application or market in the "Application" or "Market" box, or
• by entering your own text or question in the "Search Here" box, and selecting the "Search" button.

In all lists of topics, a "New" or "Updated" icon will appear next to those questions that have been added or updated recently.

Whenever you select a topic, a new window will pop up with the following information:

• the Question and Answer to the topic selected
• an optional link to request Email notification if the answer is updated
• a list of Related Answers
• the Answer ID (a number)
• an optional link to Print the answer
• an optional link to Email the answer to someone else
