Dow Promise
Dow Promise is an employee-led initiative which provides educational and extra-curricular activities to foster the development of children in African-American communities near Dow sites, where economic and educational challenges may be barriers to success. Through Dow Promise, employees are contributing to both our company’s reputation and the quality of life in our communities.
Employee Volunteer Program
In Canada, the Employee Volunteer Program allows employees to select the organization they would like to volunteer with and then apply to receive as much as $500 to support that effort. This allows employees to direct their efforts toward causes to which they feel personally connected and are personally invested, which makes the impact that much more meaningful and profound.
Diversity and Inclusion Forums in Europe
Dow’s partnership with the European Commission has enabled us to conduct our Diversity and Inclusion Forums with university students in Spain and partner with other companies to support women’s advancement in science and technology.
