Margaret McCarvill Director, Global Supply Chain Dow Coating Materials |
Margaret McCarvill is Director of the Global Supply Chain for Dow Coating Materials, a global business unit of The Dow Chemical Company. She took on her current role following Dow’s acquisition of Rohm and Haas in 2009.
McCarvill joined Rohm and Haas in 2003 as North American Region controller. In 2006, she was named corporate logistics director, and also took on additional responsibilities for indirect procurement in 2008.
Before joining Rohm and Haas, McCarvill was chief financial officer and vice president of business development at Astaris LLC, a joint venture between FMC Corporation and Solutia, Inc., in the phosphorus chemicals industry. Previously, she spent 19 years with FMC Corporation in the U.S. and abroad, serving in a variety of roles in finance, business development and information management.
McCarvill holds a bachelor's degree from Villanova University, and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. She and her husband reside in Cherry Hill, New Jersey.
