We are proud to announce that Dow Contract Manufacturing Services (Dow CMS) has evolved into two new contract service businesses, Dowpharma and Dow Haltermann Custom Processing. These new businesses combine the assets, resources, and technologies of Dow CMS, Dow BCMS (Dow Biopharmaceutical Contract Manufacturing Services), and the fine chemicals business of Hampshire Chemical Co. with the recently acquired Ascot, Plc companies to offer an increased portfolio of technologies to serve your outsourcing needs.
 Dowpharma is exclusively dedicated to serving the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical industries, providing product development, process development, and manufacturing of intermediates and active pharmaceutical ingredients. The new unit combines personnel and assets from Dow CMS, Dow BCMS and Hampshire with those from Ascot's Chirotech Technology Limited and Mitchell Cotts companies, as well as other pharmaceutical services and technologies.
Dow Haltermann Custom Processing combines personnel and assets from Dow CMS, Ascot's Haltermann Custom Processing, Hampshire Chemical, and the non-pharma elements of Mitchell Cotts. This new organization serves companies in the fine and specialty chemicals and polymers industries that are looking to outsource process development and manufacturing.
