Dow Chile pursues a wide range of production and business activities, with industrial and office facilities located in:

- Santiago de Chile (head office)
- Offices and a laboratory in Curicó, VII Region
- Talcahuano, VIII Region of Bío Bío
The Talcahuano plant is part of the Bío Bío Region petrochemical and energy cluster. Petroquímica Dow S.A. (Petrodow) began operations in December 1970 and is strategically located next to ENAP (Chile's National Petroleum Company) from which it obtains ethylene, its main raw material. Petrodow produces low density polyethylene for use in films or liners and in extrusion coating.
Thirty-five per cent of output is exported, mainly to Argentina, Peru and Colombia.
