Production
Employees in Production are responsible for cost efficient day-to-day operations of Dow plants worldwide. They also ensure the production of the right quantity of quality products in a safe and responsible manner.
Maintenance
Employees in Maintenance are responsible for the reliability of Dow assets by proactively working to prevent equipment breakdown and making repairs when needed.
Engineering and Construction
Employees in Engineering and Construction are focused on designing and implementing projects of varying sizes, including new construction and projects to improve existing assets.
Technology Centers
Dow’s chemical process technologies are managed by employees in our global Technology Centers who provide the technical expertise to support and advance the company’s technologies.
