This program is for new college graduates hired into Dow China Manufacturing & Engineering.
In its first three to four months, the program provides:
- orientation to Dow businesses, functions and culture
- functional training in process engineering, process control, maintenance or environment, health & safety
- hands-on learning for basic operations
Subsequently, the new employees will be assigned to a business or function in China or overseas for a period of about six months to allow them to further develop their manufacturing and engineering skills before assuming permanent full-time positions with Dow in China.
