Careers at Dow

Accountants who begin their careers with Dow will join the Finance Development Program for Accountants. The program is designed to create a strong career foundation by providing three to four different job experiences upon which accountants can build their individual career at Dow. Through the program, a wide range of opportunities exist within Dow Finance, including opportunities in Cost Accounting, Financial & Statutory Accounting, Functional Controllers, Supply Chain Controllers, Exchange Accounting, Dow's transactional accounting processes, Corporate Auditing, the Cost Process Technology Center, and Finance Information Technology & Controllers' Processes, as well as Dow's insurance companies and Business Finance.
