The Finance Leadership Development Program provides college graduates with advanced degrees and who demonstrate outstanding leadership potential the opportunity for a broad set of experiences in Dow’s Finance organization in the first 18 to 24 months of employment. The goal of this program is to develop leaders with the skills and experiences needed to excel in and contribute to our global organization. Development will be provided through structured training, substantive rotational assignments and interaction with supervisors and peers. The program is structured to provide three to four rotational assignments over an 18 to 24 month timeframe and is designed to expose the participant to the Finance organization as a whole rather than a targeted area of concentration. There is no defined sequence to the rotations and the potential areas for assignment are Treasury, Strategic Planning, Controllers, Audit and Business Finance.

To be considered for this program, a candidate must have an advanced degree (MBA or Masters) in a business related concentration such as Finance, Economics, Accounting or Math and must have a minimum of three years' of professional work experience with demonstrated leadership and academic excellence.
