The European Student Program aims to give you quality work experiences while allowing Dow to source and assess talent for future employment.
The student program allows you to grow professionally and personally by encouraging you to work outside of your home country provided you speak English well. Student program opportunities exist across Europe, and Dow pays you a competitive salary regardless of the location in which you choose to work.
If you are hired into the program you are given challenging tasks to perform and can gain practical experience by participating in a hands-on project. The Dow student program prepares you for future jobs while creating useful contact networks.
Projects can take place in a number of different functions, including Manufacturing and Engineering, Research and Development, Commercial and other functions. Each project is distinct and is carefully described on www.careersatdow.com. The variety of projects allows you to find one which meets your passion while utilizing your skills and university studies. Project jobs typically last 3-6 months but can also be up to 12 months.
Who is Dow Looking For?
Dow is looking to hire motivated students from a diverse range of backgrounds (gender, nationality, physical ability, etc.) to continue to support the growth of the organization and its employees. Students must have initiative and work well in teams. Students in their final years of university are eligible to apply (exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis).

Project descriptions are posted several months before the start of the project. As soon as your English resume is submitted to our online system you will receive a confirmation e-mail from our Human Resources team and you will continue to receive Dow updates.
