The Commercial Development Program is a structured development program designed for new college graduates. The program sets them up for success as they enter account management roles for one of Dow's global businesses. Individuals will participate in a variety of experiences designed to build skills and familiarize them with the resources they will be managing on behalf of Dow's customers.
The program includes:

Hands on project work related to the job they will be doing

Courses facilitated by internal and external subject matter experts

Role play simulations

Interaction with top level business leadership
Individuals will be paired with a coach who will assist them through the first year, as well as develop informal networking and mentoring relationships with Dow colleagues.
