Dow offers a structured development program designed for new college graduates. Our program sets you up for success as you enter account management roles. You will participate in a variety of experiences designed to build skills and familiarize you with the resources you will be managing on behalf of Dow’s customers.
The program includes:
- Job shadow events
- Hands-on project work related to the job you will be doing
- Courses facilitated by internal and external subject matter experts
- Role play simulations
- Interaction with top level business leadership
You will be paired with a coach who will assist you through the first year, as well as develop informal networking and mentoring relationships with Dow colleagues.
